The endless fight against the HOA American born assholes continues.
Today I've mailed my petition to all 403 members in my expense of
about $300. You see the HOAs are structured in such fascistic manner
that you must put more energy and money into them then you can get back.
In other words to discourage you from opposing them. It isn't an apathy
it is hopelessness of doing anything about anything. Once 6 ass holes
get hold of the HOA there is nothing you cant do. You have more
protection against the gangs, at least you can go to police, but there
is no where you can go when HOA is mugging you.

January 12, 2006 I've small claim court so I'm expecting some
alcoholic Prozac and Viagra driven Judge probably more retarded than all
403 homeowners together.
Esquire Devine responded with about 35 pages of mud slinging irrelevant
garbage. So I've just finished my reply so we will see. That is small
claim and it already looks like international court.
And only thing these morons have to do is to give me a copy of proforma
budget. But they wont because they don't have it. They lying to members
they lying to court and every body love them.
