I'm going to try to sell my house without a realtor (though I'll
probably end up with a realtor if I do not get any offers in a month or
two) and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for places to list
online. It seems like there is an endless supply of web pages that
let me add my listing for around $300 - does anyone know which is
best? I already have fsbo yard signs (got them at home depot) and am
not sure that
1) $300 is the best use of advertising or
2) which site would be the best
Any help on this or other fsbo tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Any suggestions to help me gain exposure for my house for sale?
