I'm just posting this message in case anyone is thinking of buying a
KingKoil "Emerald" series mattress ( it has a memory foam topping)
I've had this mattress for slightly over a year and I have had to
send it back twice for repairs because it 'sags' after a few hours of
sleep and starts causing back pain,. I just spoke to the guy at the
local king koil factory where this a mattress was sent for repairs and
his suggestions was ' Maybe you haven't bought as good a mattress as
you think you did'
I paid over $1000 for a queen set and I've already spent $200 to have
movers take this mattress to the factory and bring it back ( this is
how their warranty works)
I'm left with no other option now than to dump this mattress and buy
a new one ( unless i decide to put up with the pain)
