My friend has never had a credit card, or a car loan, or any history of
debt. Problem is, in this plastic money world, he is deemed a high
risk borrower solely for never borrowing.

He seeks a first trust deed on his California townhouse which he owns
free and clear. He inherited it about 4 years ago, and has sufficient
investment income.

He is willing to pay all costs, (but no points), and ten per cent
interest on a loan of between $50,000 and $100,000. The home's value
is an unencumbered $450,000, minimum. Your terms on specifics welcomed.

Please no middle men/women. We are hoping to be an alternative to
someone's low interest rate bank deposit. We have many, "hard money
lender", offers already.
