In September, we received a letter from the HOA(currently run by the
developer) stating that our membership fees were due.
There are currently 2 potholes at the entrance of our subdivision, and
the water drains are clogged with dirt, weeds, etc.
I sent a letter stating that once these issues are fixed, I will pay.
Is it ok to do that?
