Do you know of a 1031 exchange intermediary in Austin, Texas? Someone who is
bonded, and gets back to you ASAP.
I have not heard a peep out of my current accomodator, and it is 1 week to
closing.
If I don't get a new accomodator, I'm either going to lose a lot in
capital gains taxes, or have to cancel the sale.
