I've a 7.1 Yamaha amp (had it for 8 months). When I turn it on, it
momentarily displays "Check Speaker Wires" then works fine. When I
run the auto test it says the same thing. During the tests when the
rear speakers are supposed to produce a tone, the amp automatically
powers itself off. I checked all the wire connections at the back of
the amp and at the speakers. I'm getting sound from each speaker.
Strange thing is that the test indicated no errors the other day. Any
ideas? Thanks!
