of Commerce, the "Citizen of the Year", following her Order against the
Rices imposing covenants and restrictions on an unencumbered deed in
violation of GA Law issued in favor of a DISSOLVED CORPORATION and the RICES
CORPORATION, ruling AGAINST THE RICES!
