I'm looking for a real estate agent in Clark County, Nevada that has
dealt with investment properties before. I recieve 20 - 30 leads a
month on investment properties. 4 or 5 a month will be worth my while
as an investment property and the rest you will recieve to see if the
people will list with you. I need you to go to the 4 or 5 houses a
month and look at the properties, take pictures and get the people to
sign the purchase contract. If It isn't a good investment for me then
you can negotiate to be their Real Estate agent. I'll be buying
anywhere from 2 to 4 properties a month in Clark County and you will
recieve a commission plus get the extra leads that I recieve. Please
