I am in a small Central Florida town that has had boomming sales for several
years in a row? Many retirees and investors alike.
Right now I couldn't hit a buyer with a hand grenade.
(Both new and resales)
Is it slow all over or just here?
Is it becasue interest rates incehd over 6%?
What's the prognosis?
