Anarchy rules disguised as Self Governance !!!
At Bridgeton North, a 64-unit condominium near the Sunshine Skyway bridge,
disputes are being blamed for death threats, vandalized cars, requests for
restraining orders, recall petitions and an organized effort to kick out an
unwanted couple.

The solution to the problem of unchecked power is in fact very simple,
HOA or CONDO owners can simply form thier own protective association
to maintain the balance of power. The homeowners protective association
should of course be a non-profit corporation with bylaws designed to take
effective measures against runaway boards, management companies and
lawyers. A homeowners protective association will of course need a way to
enforce thier power, that can be accomplished easily by exercising the
2nd amendment rights granted under the constitution. The protective
association
being good members of the HOA or CONDO community will undoubtley want
to attend board meeting to enshure the will of the homeowners is acted upon
in a just and fair maner. Management companies and lawerys would be compeled
to serve the community in a honest and equitable manner, the reasources of
the
protective association would enshure ethical behavior. Homeowners need to
unite and act in unison to protect thier intrests, the HOA and board along
with
service providers don't have any intention of serving the needs of
individual
homeowners and in fact will exploit individuals to set an example, generate
fear
and in general intimadate all the homeowners. A protective association with
many
members could combat the abuses seen in the typical HOA, in fact the concept
could evolve to become the model for living in the HOA or CONDO of the
future
providing homeowners with the tools and safe gaurds they currentley lack.
