On the deed, as the legal entity taking title, do I write:

1. Mr. Joe Blow, representing the ACME Corp of California

or

2. The ACME Corp of California

I'd like to use option two so my name doesn't show up on any title
searches, or does it even matter? I just do not want to be a target for
any greedy lawyers.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards...
