I'm a developer looking for capital for some projects in the New York
metro area. My main focus in Harlem but am also looking in choice
neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
Most project need cash between 500k and 1.5 million. My target return
is typically between 75 and 150 percent in 12-18 months. If you are
not able to invest for an entire deal, I work with multiple investors
who could co-invest in a deal with you.
