For all those who asked about LG appliances. The more research I do,
the more complaints I uncover regarding LG appliances. I've ordered
a refrigerator but my dealings with the company over delays lead me to
question whether I shouldn't cancel the order. Beware of this company.
They do not respond in a timely manner to simple questions which is the
only indication I've of how they'll respond later when there are
problems. They blow you off and even their customer service people who
claim they cannot help you also cannot tell you how to contact other
parts of the company by email. This is crazy. I understand this is
the old Goldstar company. Maybe that explains alot.
