Los Angelss, California -

I lived for many years happy and contented within my HOA. Sure there
were problems, though nothing that interfered with any real quality of
living. The monthly assessments in comparison to other condos in the
neighborhood were reasonable. I got along well with my neighbors. The 30
plus year old southern California condominium once a beautiful well
cared for complex over the last years had begun to show its age, though
there was little comparable property for the money. I liked the idea of
having a pool and a gym. The management office came in handy when I had
deliveries. I felt a sense of security residing in a community setting.
