Landlord forms - how to obtain David Jensen 08-28-2006
Where is the best place for a new landlord to obtain solid state-specific
rental agreement forms? I see "services" on the web such as:

http://www.thelpa.com
http://www.landlord411.com/
http://www.mrlandlord.com/
http://www.rent-right.com/sales/LegalForms.htm
http://www.landlordforms.com/

Most of these charge an annual fee of $50 - $80 per year that then gives you
access to their forms and online database of landlord advice. At least one
offers credit checking services for landlords for $3.95 per tenent (I do not
know if $3.95 is a good deal or not).

Can any of you make a recommendation for or against any of these services?
I am happy to pay the money if what they have to offer is even halfway good,
since ignorance could end up costing me a lot more. There might be an
equally good source of free information and forms, but I have not come across
it yet.

Thanks in advance.
