Here is one mans saga of how HOA imbeciles ignore the law,
even with presedent set against them they continue to defy a
law so simple a child could understand it.

You gotta believe the lawyer pursueing this case for the HOA is playing
them for suckers, how could he not know the law. OK so he's gonna bill
the suckers for 350K, question is will the lawyers new summer home be
in a HOA community.
