As we can see in actual real time HOA's in fact nullify
constutional rights of arizona residents. In thinking and
a mindset that goes back 60 years we see that some
american citizens are still inferior to other citizens and
denied the protections of the 14th amendment, makes one
wonder if the arizona legistature is even aware of the
US constution or have actually read it.
The fact of the mater is that in arizona HOA members don't
carry the same status as free americans and are inferior when
it comes to homestead protections.
Just goes to show there are still places in this country
where some people are more equal than others.
