 How deeply and strongly rooted are lilacs (Syringa L.) (Syringa L.) I had a large lilac (Syringa L.) (Syringa L.) bush cut
within about 4" from the ground surface and am wondering if I can fairly
easily pull the stump from the ground with a 1 or 2 ton come-a-long or
would it be best to use a stump grinder?
