We recently received requested to cancel our contract with Montalbano
Homes in Phoenix, Arizona. However, once we requested this letter from
their corporate office arrived stating that we owe them an additional
10 percent of the purchase price minus our earnest deposit. This
amount needed to be paid within 5 business days or legal actions will
be taken.
Has anyone received this letter and if so what are you doing about it?
