Whatever you do, don't ever use Indymac bank for any mortgages! They
are completely disorganized from start to close. We almost lost our
deal. Save yourself a huge headache and lots of stress and heed this
message. Can anyone recommend a really great bank for a construction
loan in North Carolina?
