The most important part of selling your property "For Sale By Owner -
FSBO" is pricing it correctly. Since Real Estate is a market, with
buyers and sellers: A house that is priced correctly will sell, and
one that isn't will not.

There is a method for finding the price for your home. This is the
reason that most people hire a Realtor(R). Realtors(R) have
experience in pricing and marketing homes. If you are not a
Realtor(R) or not experienced in pricing property in the local area,
your asking price may be off by mere dollars - yet cost you the sale.

The best method for determining asking price (with or without a
Realtor(R)) is to look at comparables. Search tax rolls or use
websites such as Zillow.com to find out what is selling and for what
in your area.
