Please be advised that today January 13, 2006 about 11:40 am. the HOA
manager Saeid Hariri threw stone into my door while visiting his tenant
above my unit. Hariri was trying to provoke me into some altercation.
However, he miscalculated my wifes working hours which were different
today then usually and almost injured my wife instead when she was on
her way to dispose of the garbage.
Hearing loud noise, my wife was shocked and believed that someone shoot
at our doors. She called me for help, I grabbed my video and within 15
sec start recording only person who was standing in front of upper unit
about 8' above my door. It was Hariri denying everything. I've about 2
min of the video clip.
Dick at certain point you an board will have to answer question: "What
have you done to protect Fiala and his family from Hariri's terrorism."
That time will come soon and than I'll send you and all board
members into a poor house, because you have done nothing. (This isn't a
threat it is the promise!)
I demand that Hariri will be seriously reprimanded. Your systematic
cover up for his bull shit have been noticed even by SAPD since I'm not
only one who is calling them for help. As I said to you many times that
Hariri was sued and fired from the Aliso Creek Villas Condominium
Association and South Coast Terrace Condominium Association. Nobody
fires or sues good, honest and competent HOA manager.
How come he is so beloved here?
I bet that no one is slashing your tires and throwing stones at you in
your neighborhood.....huh?
Ooooo... I forgot!
As you mentioned in your last email I do deserve it: "Your discourtesy
and use of threats does not sit well with any member of the board."
So, notwithstanding the fact that board has duty of care to make my
neighborhood as safe as is your, the board will not help me because I'm
apparently by your standards an asshole.
You are clearly condoning terror!
Since you are lying to me I'm not interested in your opinions.

Just do what I tell you to do and keep informed.
