I got a competitive market analysis for my house and he said I should
sell it for 289 and he would charge 15 grand to sell it. A similar home
sold a few months ago for 315 down from 325. We have the same square
footage, my yard is bigger and house is nicer. I thought I could at
least get 310 or 305 but he only looked at houses up to 299. Should I
go with his number or try to get what I thing other houses are selling
for, and lower it later if needed?
