I am a condo owner with a rental unit in a 13-yr-old bldg. The w/w
carpeting needs replacing, and I would like something that will have good
appeal if I decide to sell in the next couple of years...but can stand
up to tenants in the meantime. I see a lot of Berber carpeting at Open
Houses: Can anyone suggest a slpecific Berber style (the choices are
overwhelming) or brand? If not Berba, what else. The apartment currently
has some kind of Saxony. Thanks for your help.
