Hello all! I close on my house in 3 weeks, and my uncle noticed the
moisture
build-up on the bottom of the centerblocks this morning. He said it
looks like they didn't fill them with concrete after they laid them.
The house does have black mama (I guess thats the name - thats what my
grandfather called it) around the base of it about 3 feet high all the
way around the house. What does it look like to you guys? Could it
create possible problems in the future?

Does it look like its flooded recently, or that moisture is getting
through the centerblocks?
