Now I am a Broker (in CA), have some basic questions! agsf_57@yahoo.com 02-11-2006
Hi,

Some quick questions. I am new in real estate and I just got my
California Broker's license and I've a few questions:

1. Where do I get the contract forms, such as listing agreements and
such.
2. Where and how do I get access to MLS?
3. Where and how do I get application software that corresponds with
lenders?
4. How and where do I meet lenders in order to build a relationship
with them?
5. Is there any office application software that brokers use that keeps
tract of their desk costs, trust account balances and commissions?
6. I am thinking of setting up a sub S corporation, any ideas why that
might be a bad or good idea?
7. I'm also working on getting my broker/sales person license in
Nevada and because I don't have the two years experience needed to
become a broker in Nevada, I'm looking for a broker to hang my Nevada
broker/sales person license with because I've a couple of clients all
lined up to buy property in Nevada. Any reputable brokerage firms in
Nevada?

Thanks in Advance.

Regards...
