My wife and I are really interested in a home that we were told wold be
on the market in the near futre. The orginal owners, an elderly couple
are ready to move to a smaller ranch and actually showed my wife and I
the house seperately after we contacted them. At that time they told
us they would put the home up for sale only when a particular ranch
they were waiting for was put on the market.
Now it is two months later and I want to ask more detailed questions
regarding time frames, etc but do not want to tick these people off and
loose the chance to buy the home. Typically homes in this neighborhood
last 1-7 days on the market before being sold so we would like to be
the first ones in.
Any suggestions on how to further contact these people without putting
them off would be greatly appreciated.
