After you purchase a foreclosure property at a sheriff's sale in ohio
that has terms of 10% down, how long do you have after you are notified
to pay the remainder? My understanding is that you have at least 30
days before they contact you to tell you the deed is ready and the
judge has confirmed the sale, but how long do you have after they
notify you to respond and pay the remainder and pick up the deed? I
wouldn't want to close on a loan any earlier than I've to in order to
pay the remainder. Anyone know? Thanx.
