I recently posted asking for info regardling wireless SS systems. I've
been steered away from that path and am looking at "standard" SS recievers.
I've been offered a 4 year old Sony STR-DA2ES for $300. It has a year
left on warranty. This unit is a digital 6.1, as opposed to a 5.1 as I
originally thought. As a SS newbie, I understand the concept of the extra
channel, but not enough to know if it's worth it to buy a used unit rather
than a new 5.1.
Wondering what the word is on this receiver?
