I'm a real estate investor in Florida that has an interesting idea to
facilitate real estate transactions. I'm not a broker and this in a
nonprofit situation. I've created a blog where real estate investors
can converse and possibly exchange properties of similar values. I put
a piece of real estate in Sebring florida up to see if it would
generate any interest. 1031 exchanges could be used to avoid capital
gains taxes, and investor could get from point A to point b with little
money changing hands. I imagine that people will trade real estate for
real estate or other assets. It is just a way to generate transactions
in the cooling real estate market., and I want to see if there is any
intrest. The blog tells you about me and what the blog is about. I just
