A pop up box can be made in Ajax, PHP, and Javascript. Where updating
can be done dynamicallly. The content will go in a content div that
will be shown with the onmouseover attribute in javascript then from
the content's javascript you can call an update function that will pass
variables to JavaScripts and Ajax and update the div once the results
are returned.
