Has anyone ever conducted a quality survey amongst their homeowners
seeking their opinions on how good/poor their management company is
performing in all aspects of their duties? I was thinking of having
our board conduct a yearly survey, but I was wondering if anyone had
conducted one and had a template of questions that would be good to
ask. We are a condominium complex consisting of 127 units in 16
buildings, with plenty of green space, and an annual budget of
approximately $400,000.00.
