Question Phil & Joanne 04-01-2006
I've a question for this group.

My husband and I've some credit issues right now and we have found a house
to buy and my in-laws have offered to buy the house for us and we would make
the house payments, but they would secure the mortgage for us. Then in 2-3
years when our credit has been straightened out we would refinance the loan
into our name.

My question is: Is it possible for my in-laws to get 100% financing on the
loan (their credit is A-one) even if it isn't their primary residence?

Thank you very much,

Joanne Garrett
