That's right. And all Scott's done is try to help others and ask their
opinions on how to better serve his clients and do better at marketing. Ever
post Jay has made is self serving with not a hint of creativity. I'd
block his posts but he's just so darn stupid it's entertaining. I guess
every town needs a village idiot to make it a little more colorful. :)

While I applaud his efforts to break the tie between the MLS and the
Associations, this procuring cause angle is way to lame to even warrant
discussion. And making enemy's out of potential supporters is pure stupidity
as well.

This putz even had the nerve to call me on my cell AND my home phone looking
for an argument.
