<yawn><yawn><yawn>

"And all $cotts done..." <lol> First, why do you suppose there
is a dollar sign, instead of an "S" in "$cott's name? This
purported "paragon" of virtue is attempting, without much success,
to offer up expertise, with the desire that licensees viewing his messages
may be interested in seeing what he can do for them.

I, actually, have no problem with that.

But, let's not pretend that $$$$$$$$cott is here just for the
sake of generously giving his time with no hope of return.

I cannot help it that $$$$$$$$$$cott has decided to lock horns
with me, rather than post his five points so that we can
finish our little discussion...and maybe really help some
people, ESPECIALLY wannabe buyer agents and others who try
to help buyers get to closed transactions.

As for you Steve, I cannot help it you were too cowardly to
have a discussion with me over--<gasp><gasp><gasp>--a,
<gasp> , telephone! You're a RealtorŪ. I am a (hostage)
RealtorŪ. As such, I've tools to look you up, and I did.

It's much quicker to come to a conclusion via phone, that
it is via Usenet, so I was interested in seeing if there
was any hope of intelligent conversation, or if it was just
going to be more of your inane bloviating, such as the
tripe you've put forth in every post in our exchanges.

Well, I guess you've provided the answer to that question.

Supporters for my position do not quite say the things that
you do. <lol>

So, I wonder...is $$$$$$$$$cott ever going to put his five
points into this thread, so we can discuss them, or will
it just be continued attempts at diversion and misdirection.

I think he's scared that I might make him look bad. Well,
here's my promise. If what he posts here are good ideas,
I will credit him for them. Even if he posts things that I
think are of lesser importance, I'll not attempt to make
him look bad. Once he does put his points out here, I'll
then tell him what should matter to any top notch buyer's
agent, from a lending perspective.
