OK am starting paying a price for my mailing!
Another slashed tire in daylight, just minutes before I got to it. The
tire was still fully inflated with hissing sound showing usual punctured
sidewall with icepick like instrument.
This is 5th tire since May 2005.
Here goes your fairness of CC&Rs, elections, proxies, law obedience and
rest of the HOA bull shit which make the HOA such fantastic community
concept.
May be they look nice from the outside but inside any HOA is same as hell.
