Channel, that was a great post! I do not want to pat my own back here
or anything but I have saved people money several times. As I have already
said, I do not EVER mind cutting my commission for people anyway and the
way I look at it... some profit is better than no profit for myself.
Let's also remember here that agents aren't all rich beyond everyone's
wildest imaginations and we do not all have deep pockets! I work very
hard for my money and feel that some people do not truly understand
that. I also truly feel that some people do not understand that hiring
an agent can save them a lot of money in the long run. True, FSBO is
the way to go for some but statistically it's proven that for most it's
not. Thanks for the post!
