Dear Mr.Williamson,
As a real estate agent, this isn't the first time I've heard
complaints about Countrywide. The rates are usually some of the best
out there as well as the fact if you refi or take out a new home loan
there are no junk fees. HOWEVER, some of the people who work there
are morons. On the shortsale/forbearance/foreclosure end they are
abosolutely mindless and unorganized. Get this ,I've a client who
hasn't paid her mortgage in 2 years........and they haven't caught on
yet........How can something like that slip through the cracks.
