Reading your memo reminds me reading historical memos written between
Nazis or Bolsheviks. The words community, violations and enforcement are
gravely abused here.
Same as in China the capitalism can bloom under the communism, in US the
communism can bloom under the capitalism.
The real tragedy is that you American are too stupid to realize that.
