Have the association manager write a letter to the condo owner noting
the violation of the CC&R and asking him to remove the sign within X
days. If that doesn't work follow it with a letter outlining the
violation and the prior notifications. If the third request is ignored,
retain an attorney and ask them to enforce the CC&R by suit if
necessary.
