Well, Sub, from what I have seen, it's mostly elderly males with too much
time on their hands who are making vigilantes out of those Boards so
the real issue might be testosterone poisoning, not deficiency. Then
again, they often find it easy to stock the pond with old ladies who're
tickled to death if an old geezer smiles at them.
Collectivist power lust might just be a human thing, like poison oak.
