Dear F.H.,
I've used ordinary grocery store carpet spot cleaners---Oxy Woolite, etc.
And also have had a professional service that used (I think) a steam
cleaning method, but I do not know what product they used.
When I clean the spots, I just follow the directions on the bottle----spray,
wait, and blot.
Would love to have any advice------
