You can get the book "Cashflow Quadrant" for under $20. People have
different modes of learning. Some learn better by doing. If you want
a really brutal experience play Cashflow 101 and do not buy any real
estate or stocks. Do borrow lot's of money for do-dads. This is less
painful than the fact that people do this in real life with comparable
results. $200 is ridiculously expensive unless you have been living
your life this way.
I had a friend, with lot's of debt, play this and he quickly caught on
to paying off the highest interest debt first and then acquiring
passive income. Looking at his life in the third person was helpful to
him.
