Spoke with my realtor sister in Panama City Beach today. She is
reporting a huge lack of buyers and states it's because second home
buyers can get some type of federal tax break if they buy in Alabama,
Mississipi or Louisianna. This is because of last year's hurricanes
and why Florida is not included seems strange.
I live in Georgia and houses in my neighborhood sell within 30 days.
