That sounds a bit strange. Unless your top rack is actually broken, that
sounds like maybe you have one of those adjustable top racks that have
pull-tabs on each side in the front and the back of the top rack. If both
front and back are not adjusted to the same setting, I can imagine the rack
coming loose.
