2) What is your source for this loss in value?

3) Do your neighbors already have 664 and 668, if it bothers you,
change it and collect your $20k

4) When you punch an address of 664 into wherever your house "comes
up", with everything else the same, is it worth more?

Personally I think the $20k is bullshit, but I will give you a chance to
document your proposition.
