Here is what I understand,
1) Find out if this rule is stated in R&R or CC&R from the builder
(believe me this is the first time I'm hearings these terms). My
friends own houses in the older phases of the same community..will try
to get the CC&R from them
2) If it is NOT in the CC&R and present in R&R then I could make them
put the fence where I wanted originally...right?
3) I'm not sure how to get in touch with the Dept. of Real Estate?? Is
it my city or state??
4) Consult an Real Estate attorney specialising in HOA laws.
