I would definitely avoid expfunds.com. Looking up their domain record, I
see they're registered with domainsbyproxy. domainsbyproxy is handy
for individuals looking to protect their identity and contact
information, but I would never deal in money and credit with any entity
that cannot keep a public personna where I can go and throttle them.

Beside, I think they have this guy name Andrew who's a shill for
them and makes newsgroup postings pretending to be a customer.
