Sorry to hear about the flooding.
Wondering if your home owner insurance would help with the expenses as
recently here in the suburban Detroit area hard rains flooded homes in
one community near me and extensive damage occured.

Sad one women's house was so damaged by water she couldn't move back in
and home was listed as total lost.
Her insurance claim was denied because insurance rep. stated ground was
reason for flood so no go on repairs.
